It’s time again for our latest Product Wrap-up! In this edition, we would like to tell you more about the past product updates and improvements that have been made to HoorayHR. Variables in performance management templates
From now on, it is also possible to add variables to personal development templates. One template, personalisable for all your employees. The variables can be used in both Reporting and Feedback templates. With this update, you can easily personalise questions, such as ‘What do you find positive in working with {employee.name}?’
Add your own work locations
From now on, it is possible to manage your own work locations in HoorayHR. This update makes it even easier to keep track of where colleagues are working. At the office, at home or any other location you can set. Employees can choose where they work when planning their working day, and also plan ahead. Workflows: remove employee role
We often received the desire to start workflows without linking them to a specific employee. Think, for example, of general business processes or a task list that does not apply to a single employee. From now on, it is possible to remove the employee role in a template.
Notifications when leave budgets expire
From now on, we will send notifications to employees if leave budgets are about to expire. We send the first reminder 3 months before the leave budget expires, after which we send another reminder 1 month before the leave budget expires.
This way, the employee is always aware of leave due to expire and prevents the leave budget from expiring.
Seniority date
From now on, we offer the option to keep a seniority date in an employee’s personnel file. Has the employee been active in the organisation for some time, but is this date different from the date of commencement of employment? By adding a seniority date, this date will be used to calculate anniversaries.

Exporting individual trips in travel expenses
When exporting the travel expense summary, it is now possible to export totals of submitted claims as well as the amount per trip or VAT guidelines. We offer multiple filtering and export options to make the data even more insightful. For example, you can see the amount to be paid out per trip, easily create an export of expenses based on VAT percentage and fine-tune the export to your preferences.
