Filter by what’s relevant to you
In addition to the standard fields, you can now also filter by entity, team, employment status, start and end dates, and additional fields. With additional fields, you can add supplementary information to an employee’s personnel file, and that information is immediately searchable in every table. You can also search quickly by name or employee number. For HR managers and team leaders who work with large groups of employees on a daily basis or need to quickly compile a report for the management team, this saves a considerable amount of time.
Set up your own columns
Standard columns are always visible, but you can easily add extra columns such as team, entity or employee number. Do you work with the same overview every day? Your preferences are saved, so your overview will be ready exactly as you set it up next time. You can also hide certain columns. This allows you to customise each overview in the way that best suits your role.
Build your own exports
An export contains exactly the columns you have selected at that moment. Have you filtered by a specific team? Then you’ll only export that data. Whether you’re creating a report for a team leader or providing an overview for payroll: your export is ready to use straight away.
