KüchenWelt is a kitchen retailer with a showroom in Heerhugowaard and a multi-entity organisational structure. With a team of 50 to 60 employees, HR plays a central role in supporting staff and keeping operations running smoothly. As the team grew, the need for a clear and scalable HR system became increasingly urgent.

Manual processes were time-consuming

Before HoorayHR, HR documents, contracts, and personnel data were scattered across multiple locations. Employees regularly came with questions because information wasn’t centrally available, and expense claims arrived as loose emails with paper receipts. Working with multiple legal entities added extra complexity: Jitske had to log in and out of the old system separately for each entity. Travel expense processing was equally unstructured and required a lot of manual follow-up.

Why did KüchenWelt choose HoorayHR?

KüchenWelt discovered HoorayHR at the Visma trade show in 2025. The modern look and clear structure immediately made a stronger impression than their existing solution. After a demo with owner Ronald, both were instantly convinced. Onboarding went smoothly and the features align well with everyday HR practice, from contracts and expense claims to leave requests and dashboards.

We used to work with multiple systems and a lot of manual effort. With HoorayHR, we now have one clear system and no longer have to chase anyone. It saves us an enormous amount of time.

One system for all HR processes

With HoorayHR, KüchenWelt has centralised all HR processes in a single environment. Contracts are signed digitally, expense claims go through a clear approval flow via department heads, and employees find information on their own much faster. A single login for all legal entities eliminates constant switching between environments. KüchenWelt already actively uses HoorayHR for leave requests, the dashboard with birthdays and sick days, and digital contracts. Over the coming months, workflows, the time-tracking module with clock-in system, and performance review cycles are next on the roadmap.
