The integration between Simplicate and HoorayHR provides insight into your organisation’s capacity planning. All your organisation’s HR processes are managed in HoorayHR, whilst you use Simplicate to view capacity planning and run the organisation. With the integration, you can easily synchronise staff leave and absence data with Simplicate. This ensures your capacity planning is always up to date.

About the integration

The integration between Simplicate and HoorayHR gives you real-time insight into your organisation’s capacity.  You no longer need to manage absences in two different places; instead, everything can be found in a single overview thanks to the integration between Simplicate and HoorayHR.

Importing and exporting colleagues

Import staff from Simplicate to HoorayHR, or export them from HoorayHR to Simplicate.

Profiles up to date

Changes to profile details (name, address, contact details) are automatically forwarded to Simplicate.

Synchronise work schedules

Any changes to the timetable in HoorayHR are updated immediately in Simplicate.

Leave, absence and public holidays

Leave requests and sick leave notifications are automatically synchronised with Simplicate, ensuring that the capacity planning is always up to date. Public holidays from the public holiday schedules in HoorayHR are also automatically added to Simplicate’s capacity planning via the integration.

Processing a resignation

When an employee leaves the company in HoorayHR, a workflow is automatically created in Simplicate so that you can process it further there.

How do I activate the integration?

You can activate the integration via the HoorayHR platform. During the connection process, you will be asked for an API Key and an API Secret. To do this, go to Settings → API. Here, you can generate the API Key and the API Secret. Enter these when activating the connection.Once the API has been activated and the API details submitted, the integration is active.

 

Step 1 is to synchronise the leave and absence types. In HoorayHR, you specify which leave type should be linked to which absence type in Simplicate.
Step 2 is to synchronise absence – which is just a single variable in HoorayHR – with the desired absence type in Simplicate.

The final step in the activation process is linking users. In this overview, you can link the correct HoorayHR user to the correct Simplicate user.
