About this template

With this template, offered by Collana, you can get started right away with your evaluation meeting. It helps you discuss and record the important topics together – without getting lost in a complicated form. This template is suitable for both interim and final evaluations within a conversation cycle. These conversations are based on the goals you’ve previously set together. You’ll discuss how things are going and what the progress or outcome is compared to the agreements that were made. It’s a two-way conversation where you give each other feedback and discuss what’s going well and where extra attention and/or support is needed. Expectations are reassessed to see whether the goals are still relevant or need to be updated. Both the employee and the manager are responsible for preparing well and reflecting on the past period. The manager is the one who ultimately determines the final evaluation. If you’ve previously set goals, you can continue to use this template for your conversation. The question about the goals allows you to look back together on what you’ve been working on during the past period.
