New: improve your team using 360-degree feedback!

HoorayHR is launching a new feature to improve your team: 360-degree feedback. Now, employees can ask for feedback from those they’re working with: colleagues, managers and even externals who don’t have an HoorayHR account. We’re happy to explain all the amazing things you can do with this new feature!

Request feedback

Use the 360-degree feature to actively support employees in their personal and professional development. Employees can request feedback from their colleagues in HoorayHR, but also ask externals by entering their name and e-mail address. When requesting feedback, you can choose to ask for anonymous feedback. After sending the feedback request you then no longer see who you invited and who provided feedback.
After sending the request, respondents receive an e-mail about the feedback request, and when a deadline has been set automatic reminders will be sent to anyone who hasn’t provided feedback yet.

Please note: employees cannot request feedback by default. This is so you can first prepare the survey templates. Administrators can enable feedback requests through Company settings > Performance.

Create surveys easily

You can easily create questionnaires and save them as templates, so your colleagues can easily get started when they want to ask for feedback. Multiple types of questions are possible: open-ended text fields, multiple choice, emojis and ratings. Do you have a lengthy survey? Divide the questions into sections for better overview! Give your surveys a description so your employees know what they can use them for and you’re ready to go!

Insight in feedback results

To easily view and process the feedback results, we offer a visual overview page of all the answers given. This allows employees to immediately see where their points of improvement lie!

Personal development timeline

We also upgraded the timeline in the personnel file. This is where you will now be able to see all actions around personal development neatly in one overview: requested feedback, reporting and goals.

Available to all our clients

This feature is available to all our clients free of charge during quarter 1 and 2 of 2024. Later it will be offered as a paid add-on. You can find the feature via the main menu item “Performance”.
