Terms & Conditions of the ‘Tell a Friend’ program by HoorayHR

Welcome to HoorayHR’s ‘Invite a Friend’ program! We value your support and want to reward you for helping grow our platform. By inviting others from your network to join, you not only add value to their experience but also receive exclusive benefits yourself. Please review the terms and conditions below to understand how the program works and how to maximize your rewards.

Participation terms:

• The ‘Invite a Friend’ program is open to all registered users of HoorayHR.
• Referrals can only be made for new, non-existing customers who have an average of at least 10 users per month.

Rewards for existing ssers:

• Referrers (existing users) receive a €150 gift card for every successful referral.
• Referred users receive a 10% discount on their subscription fees for the first 6 months. This discount is applied from the start of their paid subscription.

Reward conditions:

• A referral is considered successful when the referred user signs up for a paid subscription and maintains it for at least 3 months.
• Discounts for referred users are applied upon signing up for a paid subscription.

Restrictions:

• Self-referrals or referrals to accounts owned by the referrer are not allowed.
• Multiple referrals from the same company or the same user are not eligible for additional rewards.

Redeeming rewards:

• Rewards will be issued to the referrer’s account within 30 days of verifying the successful referral.
• Rewards have no cash value and are valid only within the structure of the respective gift cards.

Program changes:

• HoorayHR reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, except for active referrers awaiting their rewards.
