Welcome to the first product wrap-up from HoorayHR. From now on, in our product wrap-ups, we’d love to share more about the latest updates within our application. This way, we provide you with the right insights and allow you to start using the newest update right away!

Time zones in HoorayHR

With time zones, we make it even easier to collaborate with colleagues abroad. When an employee is active in a different country, we display the data according to the time zone where the colleague is located. This new functionality ensures seamless communication and coordination between employees, regardless of their location.

For managing leave, absence, and time, HoorayHR uses the time zone set by the user. This ensures that all requests and updates are accurately recorded according to the employee’s local time.

Sign three documents for free per user

In HoorayHR, it is now possible to sign three documents per user for free. Administrators in HoorayHR can now easily sign a document. Decide who needs to sign, choose the signing order, and manage all important information in one place. No separate tools for online signing or loose documents, but everything centralized in HoorayHR!

From now on, it’s possible to easily select your most-used addresses when submitting travel expenses. Do you always travel from a fixed address? The application saves your most frequently used addresses, allowing employees to submit their travel expenses even faster.

Duplicating templates

You can now duplicate templates within your HoorayHR environment. Have you created a workflow and want to save a slightly different version? There’s no need to create a new template from scratch. You can simply duplicate, edit, and save the template.

Template duplication is available for workflow templates, 360-degree feedback, and reporting.

Signed document display in document view

From now on, the signed document will be shown in the document view in HoorayHR. Previously, only the original document was displayed, but now we always show the signed document to avoid any confusion!

Improved performance of the calendar

Over the past month, we’ve been working hard on the performance of the company calendar. In some cases, loading the company calendar took a significant amount of time. With the improvements made, the loading speed has been significantly enhanced, and we hope to prevent long loading screens.

Updated profile picture display

The profile picture display in HoorayHR has been improved. You can now view an image in a larger format, delete it, and scale a new profile picture. This gives you a bit more flexibility in setting your desired profile picture.

Document categories

The categories within our document feature have been divided into two types: company documents and employee documents. For each category, you can determine who can view and edit the documents.

Team leader rights

For each team leader in HoorayHR, you can edit their permissions. You can specify which ‘extra’ team leader rights they receive, including access to contracts, terms of employment, and documents (now adjustable per category!).
