Product update: set up your own employment terms
Good news! Our team has been working hard on a much-requested update to HoorayHR: setting your own terms of employment. With this update, you can easily assign terms of employment to multiple colleagues at once, implement changes (such as a salary increase) more quickly, and manage your own salary types with greater flexibility.
Choose from a wide range of standard terms and conditions of employment
In HoorayHR, you can now choose which employment conditions you want to manage and assign to employees. We offer examples that you can apply immediately, such as a one-off bonus, internship allowance or fixed travel allowance. You can also add your own employment conditions. This ensures that the settings always match your specific requirements.
Add your own salary types
In addition to specific employment conditions, you can also add your own salary types. By default, we offer full-time gross per month, part-time gross per month and gross hourly wage. Would you like to use a specific salary type? Create it and assign it directly to the employees to whom the arrangement applies.
Implement salary increases for all employees in bulk
Another improvement: you can now easily implement changes for all employees. This is useful when you want to implement a salary increase for several colleagues at the same time based on a percentage or assign a bonus. Easily implement changes β such as collective labour agreements β save time and prevent errors.
