Product update: easy time tracking for your organisation
Good news! Over the past few months, our team has been working hard on a cool new feature in HoorayHR: time tracking. With our new time tracking software, you can easily manage the hours worked in your organisation. Employees can easily log their hours via our time tracker, set specific compliance rules and compensation types, and keep track of everything via the various reporting options.
Easily record and manage hours with our time tracking software
With HoorayHR’s updated time tracking software, recording hours is a piece of cake. Employees can easily log their hours via our time tracker, in the mobile app, on the desktop, or via a physical QR code on site. You then gain insight into how hours are spent, including various reporting options.
Should the employee record their hours in accordance with the hours policy, but this has not yet been done? In the application, we help the employee to easily submit the hours to be recorded.
Working hours policy that suits your organisation
Within time registration in HoorayHR, it is possible to set up your own hours policy. This could include mandatory breaks per day, not working on specific days, overtime arrangements or compliance rules. We have made it possible to set up this policy yourself, so that the time registration is fully aligned with both legislation and regulations, as well as your internal agreements.
It is possible to set up different working hour policies within the organisation, for example for different types of employment contracts. This allows you to create a working hour policy for permanent employees, as well as for colleagues with zero-hour contracts, for whom different rules may apply.
Fair and transparent remuneration for hours worked
With compensation types in our time registration system, you can record how hours worked are rewarded within the organisation. Think of a higher percentage for evenings, weekends or specific shifts.
Record hours in a way that suits your organisation
You can easily choose how employees can record their hours, either daily or weekly, via our time tracker, in the mobile app, on the desktop, or via a physical QR code on site.
Insight into hours and projects
The time reports provide you with insight into the hours worked within the organisation. We collect all hours worked in a single overview. Here you can see how many hours have been worked, per project and per compensation type. At a glance, you can see how much overtime an employee has worked and how many hours have been spent on a project in total. With the export function, you can easily export the hours to, for example, the payroll department.
