In conversation with Omer, he tells us more about the ease of use of HoorayHR and Homerun. What is the reason for working with these tools and which processes do Homerun and HoorayHR support within Mynta Law?
What was the reason for using Homerun and HoorayHR?
In 2023, when Mynta Law experienced significant growth, there was a need to organise the processes within the organisation more efficiently. On the one hand, the desire was to organise the HR process and the associated administration efficiently, while on the other hand, the desire was to set up a process for recruitment.
The organisation experienced rapid growth. Administrative processes needed to be made more efficient for HR administration and recruitment.
In order to make processes within the organisation more efficient, it was important to find a solution that would improve internal efficiency. An HR and ATS solution was sought, which was assessed on the following criteria:
- Accessibility and user-friendliness
- Privacy and security
- Integrations
- Price
During his search, Omer discovered that there are many providers offering both an ATS and an HR platform. However, this often came at the expense of the quality of the other. That is why Homerun and HoorayHR were chosen. One system to set up all HR processes and one system to set up the recruitment process correctly.
The integration between both platforms ensured that the process was organised as efficiently as possible and that there was a link between HR and Recruitment. The user-friendly and transparent interface was greatly appreciated by the team, making both tools easy to implement.
What is the added value of both tools and their integration?
The combination of HoorayHR and Homerun has significantly helped me reduce the time I spend on administrative tasks, especially during periods when the focus was on growth within the organisation. There is a good process for the recruitment phase and, once hired, the new candidate simply follows the onboarding process in HoorayHR. Previously, managing HR and recruitment took a lot of time and was sometimes very time-consuming, especially during the recruitment phase. Now, employees can easily manage their own HR matters and the application process is more efficient. This enables faster decisions and ensures that candidates are better informed. In addition, the integration facilitates the transition from recruitment to onboarding.
What do you think of Homerun and what do you appreciate most?
Omer is enthusiastic about using Homerun for recruitment at Mynta Law because the application makes the recruitment process more enjoyable and attractive. Recruitment is made easier and helps to receive more feedback at each stage of the recruitment process. In addition, the clear visual display of candidate assessments is very useful and it is easy to see the progress of these candidates through the recruitment stages.
DThe favourite feature within Homerun is the ability to personalise job postings. This allows Omer to add widgets, images and even videos to the job posting to give a clear picture of, for example, the work location.
What do you think of HoorayHR and what do you appreciate most?
HoorayHR makes managing HR matters and performing daily HR tasks very easy. Managing leave days and absenteeism has been a real game changer for Omer’s team.
Managing leave and absenteeism has been a game changer for our organisation. It is no longer necessary to manually record these days; the entire process is automated.
The HR information is accessible to every employee in the organisation, which prevents ambiguities and promotes employee satisfaction within the organisation. The ability to generate, sign and manage documents in HoorayHR is greatly appreciated. With HoorayHR, Mynta Law can manage employees’ digital personnel files in one place, information only needs to be changed in one place, and employees can easily view their HR information, such as their remaining leave budget.
What did the recruitment and onboarding process look like before you started using HoorayHR and Homerun?
Before we started using the software solutions from HoorayHR and Homerun, our recruitment and onboarding processes were largely manual and involved a lot of confusing emails, which made things feel very chaotic. There was no streamlined process for applicants, and even when an employee was hired, there was still no process for onboarding the new employee.

Mynta Law encountered various problems within its current processes, which led to the decision to use HoorayHR and Homerun. The processes are structured and efficient. A new vacancy can be created within minutes and managing applicants is easier. The transition from recruitment to onboarding is very easy, thanks to the seamless integration between Homerun and HoorayHR, which automatically synchronises the new employee’s information.
When a candidate accepted the offer and came to work for us, it involved a process of numerous emails, separate documents and tasks spread across various online folders. There was no structure.
We are extremely pleased with the streamlined process we have created and the collaboration between Homerun and HoorayHR. The customer service and response time make the experience even better and help us get even more out of the application.
