
Product update: adding work locations
Exciting news! In recent weeks, our team has been working hard on a much requested update in HoorayHR: managing your own work locations. This update makes it even easier to keep track of where colleagues are at work. In the office, at home or at another location.
Manage your own work locations
With our latest product update, you can easily add your own work locations. Think multiple offices, specific customer locations or work locations on the go. There is no limit to the number of work locations, giving you complete flexibility in the set-up.
When planning their working day, employees can choose where they work and also plan ahead.
The calendar view shows you at a glance who is working where and when. This ensures clarity, better coordination and insight into, for example, office occupancy or home working allowances.
For a comprehensive overview, go to the Work locations report. Here you will find an overview of all work locations scheduled by employees. The report shows the total number of days per employee and period, so you can easily export and forward them.
