From start-up to scale-up

StuComm is a rapidly growing scale-up based in Utrecht. The company was founded as a start-up with 2 employees. Today, a few years later, it has evolved into a mature scale-up and employs 30 people. This rapid rate of growth creates additional HR challenges.
