The challenge: an HR system nobody used<\/h2>\n

Hoppinger\u2019s previous HR system was too complex for a small team, which meant staff tended to avoid using it. Processes were carried out outside the system, and HR data, feedback and development plans were scattered across tools such as Teams and Notion. Every change to the software required external consultants at a relatively high hourly rate. Without a central hub for feedback, development and staff information, there was a lack of overview and control.<\/p>\n

With our previous HR tool, we were constantly searching and switching between different systems. Nobody really used the system, which meant everything became fragmented. With HoorayHR, we finally have a single platform for our entire employee journey.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hoppinger deliberately compared HoorayHR with another HR tool and opted for HoorayHR: it offered a similar level of user-friendliness, but was considerably cheaper and included expense claims. Whereas the previous HR tool had been avoided, HoorayHR is now actively used throughout Hoppinger by the whole team. There is no longer any reliance on consultants for every change, and the implementation quickly led to an immediate impact.<\/p>\n

Feedback, targets and development pathways were previously scattered across various systems. They are now organised centrally within HoorayHR. Feedback rounds and development programmes are standardised and automated, and Hoppinger always has real-time insight into development and performance. The team can easily make adjustments to the software themselves, with rapid support available from the support team whenever needed.<\/p>\n
