HoorayHR now allows you to record multiple phases within a single absence file. Ideal for long-term absence or reintegration processes. You can register the entire course of illness \u2013 from the first sick report to full recovery \u2013 clearly in one place.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s now possible to add labels to absence files. Think of labels like short-term absence, long-term absence, or reintegration. This helps you easily categorize files and keep a clear overview, even when managing large teams or multiple absence cases at once.<\/p>\n
You can now add documents to each phase of an absence file \u2013 for example, a doctor\u2019s note, action plan, or a report from an evaluation meeting. Everything is neatly stored in the right place within the file, so you never have to search and always have the right information at hand.<\/p>\n
You can now decide whether employees can report themselves sick or recovered in HoorayHR. If you turn off this option in the company settings, employees will still have access to their own file, but the management of absence will be fully in the hands of admins and team leads. This way, your organisation stays in full control of the absence process.<\/p>\n
